Great Wall Tianjin plant was put into operation at the end of August. It was learned from Great Wall Motors on July 12 that the latest masterpiece of Great Wall Motors and the first medium and high-grade urban SUV Hafei H6 will be officially rolled off the production line in the new plant in Tianjin at the end of August, which means that the phase I production capacity of Tianjin plant built by Great Wall Motors has been put into use since the end of August this year. It is understood that Tianjin plant is the high-end production base of Great Wall Motors, with a total design capacity of 800000 vehicles, which will be built in three phases

Great Wall Tianjin plant was put into operation at the end of August for environmental friendly water-based paint for coating.

the Tianjin plant was built by Great Wall Motors at a huge cost. The positioning and quality inspection unit is in the high-end laboratory. It is revealed that the four process workshops of stamping, welding, painting and general assembly of the factory are equipped with more than 100 competitive advantages of domestic enterprises, which are gradually eliminating high-end robots from many countries. In the stamping workshop, the stamping line adopts the whole line closed production mode, and the production process hardly needs people to participate. The main body welding line, repair welding line, line body design and manufacturing mailbox of the welding workshop are all completed and implemented by ABB. The whole production line is equipped with 30 stations, equipment and 27 robots in total. Among them, there are 9 assembly stations of ABB robots, which adopt ABB's unique frame form to realize the assembly of the left/right wall assembly fixture, the floor assembly positioning fixture and the top cover assembly positioning fixture, and improve the rigidity strength and accuracy of the body structure

Haval high-end SUV model H6 will be the first model produced by the factory. Great Wall Motors' production requirements for H6 are to meet the requirements of "zero commissioning", and the goal is to ensure that each Haval H6 "zero problems" drive off the production line. "We can do it," said the relevant person in charge of Haval brand of Great Wall Motors. The spraying work of Haval H6 is completed by 26 Yaskawa (Yaskawa, Japan) wall mounted automatic spraying robots, which can achieve 90% paint utilization rate. The paint, high voltage and rotating speed all achieve high-precision control, and the width of the spraying room is only 4.5 meters, which is 1 meter lower than the traditional design. This not only improves the coating quality, but also improves the spraying quality and material utilization rate; In the process of final assembly, Haval H6 glass gluing process is completely completed by the robot. If the error of glue width and thickness exceeds 1mm, it will be automatically recognized by the robot. Such precision ensures the high efficiency, high precision and high quality of the assembly work

Great Wall Motors Tianjin plant has spared no effort in human care. Green environmental protection materials are selected in the production process of Haval H6, so that the vehicle will hardly produce harmful gas with high transmission efficiency in later use, which is a double manifestation for staff and consumers. The coating workshop of Great Wall Tianjin factory adopts the green design concept of environmental protection and energy saving. In order to reduce the VOC (organic waste gas) emission of the coating workshop, the coating workshop adopts environmental friendly water-based paint, so that the VOC emission reaches the international standard. The organic waste gas incinerator in the workshop adopts equipment imported from Germany to realize the integration of waste gas incineration and heating supply. Circulating air is used to recycle the exhaust air from the auxiliary station to the paint mixing room to realize the reuse of exhaust energy
