Great Wall Motors' production requirements for H6 are to meet the requirements of "zero commissioning", and the goal is to ensure that each Haval H6 "zero problems" drive off the production line. The spraying work of Haval H6 is completed by 26 Yaskawa (Yaskawa, Japan) wall mounted automatic spraying robots, which can achieve 90% paint utilization rate. The paint, high voltage and rotating speed all achieve high-precision control, and the width of the spraying room is only 4.5 meters, which is 1 meter lower than the traditional design. This not only improves the coating quality, but also improves the spraying quality and material utilization rate; In the process of final assembly, Haval H6 glass gluing process is completely completed by the robot. If the error of glue width and thickness exceeds 1mm, it will be automatically recognized by the robot. Green environmental protection materials are selected in the production process of Haval H6, so that the vehicle will hardly produce harmful gas with high transmission efficiency in later use, which is a double manifestation for staff and consumers. The coating workshop of Great Wall Tianjin factory adopts the green design concept of environmental protection and energy saving. In order to reduce the VOC (organic waste gas) emission of the coating workshop, the coating workshop adopts environmental friendly water-based paint, so that the VOC emission reaches the international standard. The organic waste gas incinerator in the workshop adopts equipment imported from Germany to realize the integration of waste gas incineration and heating supply. Circulating air is used to recycle the exhaust air from the auxiliary station to the paint mixing room to realize the reuse of exhaust energy
